Zack has been a qualified and accredited trainer since 2012 and a CrossFit L1 coach since 2018, where he has been getting the residents of the Yakima valley fit, one body at a time. OGV is a family run business run by husband and wife, Heather, who is also a CrossFit L1 coach since 2019, she has experience in coaching some adult classes as well as running her own kids CrossFit program. Heather is also an ISSA Certified Nutrition Coach and offers accountability coaching to help you get to your goals.

Making Fitness Fun
As professional Fitness Trainers, our passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. Our method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. We aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health. We have trained everyone from kids to people in their 80s, we can work together to find what will help you succeed.
Private and Semi-Private Training
Health and Fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but also on the inside! We will make sure your body and mind find the right balance. What are you waiting for? Book a session today! These sessions are 1 on 1 or you can book with a partner.
Good Vibe Class
Bootcamp style class of up to 14 members at a time where you will move for 45 minutes. Guaranteed to leave sweaty, this class is a hybrid boot camp that includes CrossFit style movements with some traditional fitness class movements. All movements can be scaled and exchanged when necessary.
Online Training Plans
If your life schedule is a little hectic and it's best where you can workout at home on your own time, we offer customized workout plans sent directly to you weekly. You tell us what equipment you have and your goals, then we build them for you from there. A great option for someone who just needs a plan to work on their own.
Youth Workout Classes
These are 45 minute classes to get those 6-13 year old's moving. This class teaches kids to appreciate what their bodies are capable in a fun and safe environment. They will learn how to exercise, practice new skills and burn off that extra energy! Classes are 2x a week and are unlimited with their plan.
Everyone is different and so are our goals, this program is 1 on 1 coaching with Heather to make them a reality. Coaching includes body assessments, goal creation and guidance, education on creating healthy habits and getting you where you want to be.
