Initial measurements, photos, creation of plan, tips on getting on track with your goal, accountability check ins.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations less than 6 hours in advance will be charged as a No-Show and a forfeit of the scheduled session. All plan cancellations are done by the member or need to be given 10 days in advance to your renewal date. No refunds.
